Mr. Whittaker is requesting the following: a depth-to-width lot ratio variance for 4444 Mayfair Rd. The requirement is for the depth not to exceed the width by more than four and one-half times. This is not compliant with GCO Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically 157.133(4), Lot Layout and General Site Regulations; Lot Depth.
