BZA2025-0018 Sol Harris Day Architecture, 1711 Steese Rd., Green, OH 44685 The Appellant, Sol Harris Day Architecture, 6677 Frank Ave., NW in North Canton, is requesting the following variances for 1711 Steese Rd., on behalf of Green Local Schools for three (3) directional signs; (1) a 1’6” height variance to permit three 4’6” in height directional signs where 3’ is the maximum height allowed; and (2) an 14.66 sq ft total size variance to permit three 18.66 sq ft directional signs where 4 sq ft is the maximum size allowed. This is not compliant with GCO Part Twelve, Planning and Zoning Code, specifically 157.135(8)(C), Directional signage.
