BZA2025-0017 Sol Harris Day Architecture, 2300 Graybill Rd., Green, OH 44685 The Appellant, Sol Harris Day Architecture, 6677 Frank Ave., NW in North Canton, is requesting the following variances for 2300 Graybill Rd., on behalf of Green Local Schools for two (2) directional signs; (1) a 1’6” height variance to permit two 4’6” in height directional signs where 3’ is the maximum height allowed; and (2) an 14.66 sq ft total size variance to permit two 18.66 sq ft directional signs where 4 sq ft is the maximum size allowed. This is not compliant with GCO Part Twelve, Planning and Zoning Code, specifically 157.135(8)(C), Directional signage.
