BZA2025-0015 Melissa Peterson, 267 Magua Dr., Green, OH 44319 The Appellant, Melissa Peterson, is requesting (1) a 1’ height variance to permit 27’ of 4’ fencing in the frontage (Cottage Grove Rd) of their property, where 3’ is the maximum height permitted; and (2) a 2’ height variance to permit 162’ of 4’ fencing in the frontage (Cottage Grove Rd) of their property within 20’ of the road right of way, where 2’ is the maximum height permitted.
