A 10’ front setback variance to permit a building to be constructed 40’ from the road right of way where a 50’ setback is required. This does not comply with GCO, Chapter 157, Planning & Development Code, specifically Table 157.104-1, Site Development Standards for Business Districts. And 2. A variance to permit two (2) accessories, a cooler and a dumpster to be located in the front yard, which is not compliant with GCO, Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically Table 157.087-1.
