All were in favor. · Election of Vice Chair (2025 Chair) A motion was made by Commissioner Burch to nominate Commissioner Chadsey as the 2025 Vice Chair. All were in favor. · Approval & Adoption of Rules & Procedures A motion was made by Commissioner Anderson to adopt the Rules and Procedures for 2024. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Chadsey.
