Arlington Rd., in Green, is requesting (1) a variance to construct a 60’ by 40’sq ft detached garage where their total accessory use would be 1,733 sq ft over the allowed maximum accessory use, which is not compliant with GCO Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically 157.101(3)(B), Maximum Lot Coverage/Maximum Accessory Use Square Footage. (2) A 4’8” height variance to permit a detached garage to be 22’8” in height where 18’ is the maximum height allowed. This is not compliant with GCO Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically 157.087(2)(F), Accessory Uses.
