BZA2024-0023 Dan & Chelsey Ritchey, 2872 Byron Dr., Green, OH 44720 The Appellants, Dan & Chelsey Ritchey, 2872 Byron Dr., in Green, are requesting the following: (1) a 21’ rear setback variance to permit a deck to be built with a setback of 39’ where 60’is required, which is not compliant with GCO, Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically Table 157.101-1, Residential Site Development Standards; (2) a 21’ side setback variance to permit a deck to be built with a setback of 5’ where 25’ is required, which is not compliant with GCO, Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically Table 157.101-1, Residential Site Development Standards; and (3) a variance to permit an accessory structure, swimming pool, to be located in the side yard where accessories are permitted only in the rear yard, which is not compliant with GCO Chapter 157, Planning & Development Code, specifically Table 157.087-1, Allowed Accessory Uses.
