This does not comply with GCO, Chapter 157, Planning & Development Code, specifically Table 157.104-1, Site Development Standards for Business Districts. They are also requesting a variance to permit two (2) accessories, a canopy and a sales booth to be located in the front yard, which is not compliant with GCO, Chapter 157, Planning and Development Code, specifically Table 157.087-1.
