State St., Salem, 44460, is requesting (1) a variance to allow a 3.6’ side setback to the south property line where 5’ is required; which is not compliant with GCO 157.134(7)(B)(4), Location and Setback Requirements; (2) a variance to allow 35 parking spaces where Code requires 57 spaces; which is not compliant with GCO Table 157.134-1; Required Number of Parking Spaces; and (3) a variance to permit 78% impervious coverage where 75% is the maximum allowed; which is not compliant with GCO Table 157.104-1: Business Site Development Standards.
