5. 4 President Bowers announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Law Library. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. Mr. Greg Trout joined Council in Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. Mr. Sidney Jones, Jr. joined Council in Executive Session at 6:20 p.m. Council discussed the appointment of a public official and rose to report from Executive Session at 6:38 p.m. with no further action.
