5. 4 President Weaver announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Law Library and invited Nicolas Tomassilli to join at a designated time. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:04 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 6:50 p.m. with no further action.
