3. 3 A motion was made by Renner, seconded by Bowers, to enter Executive Session under authority of Section 5.05(C) of the Council Rules of Procedure to confer with the City Attorney for the public body concerning disputes involving the public body that are the subject of pending or imminent court action. Motion Pass

5. 4 President Weaver announced that Council would meet in Executive Session in the Committee Room and noted City Attorney Tamilarasan's request for the attendance of outside counsel from Frost Brown Todd, along with Mayor Jadwin's request for the attendance of Senior Director Schultz, Senior Director Vollmer, and Director Gottke. Council rose to report to Executive Session at 6:01 p.m. Councilmember Schnetzer arrived and joined the Executive Session at 6:24 p.m. Council rose to report from Executive Session at 7:01 p.m. with no further action.
