6. 5 President Hardin stated as provided for in Columbus City Charter Section 8 and Ohio Revised Code Section 121.22(G), Council will go into Executive Session to consider the appointment of applicants to fill the vacancy on this Council created by the resignation of Council Member Shayla Favor. No vote or formal action of any kind shall take place during Executive Session. Following Executive Session, Council will come back into this public meeting and any votes that are needed will take place and be recorded as part of Special Meeting #1.
7. 6 President Hardin stated may I have a motion to go into Executive Session for the purpose of considering the appointment of applicants to the vacancy on this Council. A motion was made by Nancy Day-Achauer, seconded by Christopher Wyche. AFFIRMED 8; NEGATIVE 0.
