Appointment of Quinten L. Harris JD, MPA, City of Columbus, 111 N. Front Street, Columbus, OH 43215, to serve on the Scioto Peninsula New Community Authority Board of Trustees as the local government representative member, in his official capacity, replacing Rory McGuiness, with a term expiration date of September 16, 2027, but shall continue to hold over into one or more subsequent terms until a new local government representative member is duly appointed or elected to serve for the remainder of such term.
