To authorize the Director of Recreation and Parks to enter into contract with Aggressive Mechanical, Inc. for the HVAC Upgrades - Adventure Center and Cleo Dumaree Project; to authorize the transfer of $750,000.00 within the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund; to authorize the amendment of the 2024 Capital Improvements Budget; and to authorize the expenditure of $1,000,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Grant Fund and the Recreation and Parks Voted Bond Fund.
