This ordinance authorize the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Safe Kids Worldwide in the amount of $8000.00 for the purchase of supplies for the Good Neighbor Car Seat Safety Program that provide additional child passenger safety resources in communities; to authorize the appropriation of $8000.00 from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund; and to declare an emergency. ($8,000.00)
