To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept grant funds from the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, Office of Financial Management, Planning and Evaluation and any additional funds for the 2024-2026 Pool Safely Grant Program; to authorize the appropriation of funds, including any additional funds, from the unappropriated balance of the Health Department Grants Fund, to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2024-2026 Pool Safely Grant Program; and to declare an emergency.
