To authorize the Director of Columbus Water and Power to modify the contract with Danbert, Inc. to add additional funding for the Department of Public Service to be used in the Blueprint Hilltop - Eureka/Fremont Area Integrated Solution, Permeable Pavers, Water Line Improvements, & Resurfacing Project; to authorize the transfer of cash and appropriation within the Streets and Highways GO Bonds Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $40,000.00 within the Streets and Highways GO Bonds Fund to pay for the contract modification. ($40,000.00)
