To authorize the Executive Director of the Civil Service Commission, on behalf of the Department of Public Safety, to establish a contract modification with OhioHealth Corporation dba OhioHealth Employer Services, LLC to allow for additional services to be included within the contract for Police-Fire Surgeon Pre-Employment Physical and/or Cardiovascular Screening of Police and Fire Candidates; to authorize and direct the City Auditor to authorize the payment for such services for all past, present and future charges per invoices approved by the Civil Service Commission Executive Director in accordance with the terms of the contract modification in an amount not to exceed $3,360.00 from the General Fund; to acknowledge receipt of a "Then and Now" Certificate; and to declare an emergency.
