To authorize the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Franklin County Board of Health in the amount $103,790.00; to authorize the appropriation of $103,790.00 to the Health Department in the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the Overdose Data to Action: Limiting Overdose through Collaborative Actions in Localities (OD2A:LOCAL) grant program as needed upon request by the Columbus Public Health department; and to declare an emergency.
