To authorize and direct the Board of Health to accept funds from the Franklin County Board of Commissioners in the amount of $35,000.00; to authorize the appropriation of $35,000.00 to the Health Department in the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the 2026-2029 Alcohol and Drug Services Franklin County Office of Justice Policy and Programs Birth Certificates program as needed upon request by the Columbus Public Health Department.
