To authorize the Director of Columbus Water and Power to enter into a construction contract with JLD Construction Services, LLC for the Yale Avenue Area Water Line Improvements Project; to authorize the Director of Columbus Water and Power to apply for and accept a loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority Direct Loan Program for the Yale Avenue Area Water Line Improvements project; to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for the project; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the appropriation and expenditure of up to $6,088,622.10 from the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund for the contract; and to authorize the expenditure of up to $2,000.00 from the Water Bond Fund to pay for prevailing wage services.
