To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract modification with Glaus, Pyle, Schomer, Burns and Dehaven, dba GPD Group, Inc., for the Power General Engineering Services (2021-2024) project; to authorize an amendment to the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation within the Electricity Bond Fund; to expend up to $200,000.00 from the Electricity Bond Fund for the project and to declare an emergency.
