To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Department of Public Service, to use current, pending, and future State of Ohio and ODOT cooperative contracts to enter into contracts, establish purchase agreements and purchase orders, and associate all general budget reservations resulting from this ordinance for deicing chemicals for snow and ice control on the roadways of Columbus; to authorize the expenditure of $250,000.00 from the Municipal Motor Vehicle Tax Fund; and to declare an emergency.
