To authorize the Board of Health to accept a grant from the Alcohol, Drug and Mental Health (ADAMH) Board of Franklin County in the amount of $98,586.00; to authorize the appropriation of $98,586.00 to the Health Department in the Health Department Grants Fund; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriations between object classes for the State Opiate and Stimulant Response (SOS) 4.0 Grant Year Two program as needed upon request by the Columbus Public Health department; and to declare an emergency.
