To authorize and direct the City Auditor to transfer $296,434.16 within various projects of the Safety Voted Bond Fund; in accordance with sole source procurement provisions of Columbus City Code; to authorize the Finance and Management Director to enter into a contract with and issue a purchase order to Stryker Sales, LLC for the purchase of Stryker Ambulance Power Load Cots; and to authorize the expenditure of $296,434.16 from the Safety Voted Bond Fund.
