To make appropriation for the twelve months ending August 31, 2026, for the Health Department Grants Fund and the Health Special Purpose Fund, to the Department of Health, in various projects and object classes, for the continued operation of grant programs; to authorize the Board of Health to accept grant awards; to authorize the City Auditor to transfer appropriation between object classes as needed upon request by the Columbus Public Health Department; and to declare an emergency.
