To authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Capital Contribution Agreement with Diehl Development Partnership LLC in an amount up to $1,200,000.00 to reimburse for certain eligible project soft and hard costs associated with design, relocation, and construction related to the public infrastructure improvements within the public right-of-way adjacent to a workforce housing project; to authorize the transfer of funds and appropriations within the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of $1,200,000.00 from the Streets and Highways Bond Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into a Housing Development Agreement with Diehl Development Partnership, LLC to provide for workforce housing units; and to declare an emergency.
