To authorize the Director of the Deparment of Public Utilities to renew and increase the contract with J&D Home Improvement, LLC dba The Basement Doctor for the Blueprint Volunteer Sump Pump 2022 project; to transfer cash and appropriation between projects within the Sanitary Bond Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of $1,000,000.00 from the Sanitary Bond Fund to pay for the contract renewal.
