To authorize the Director of Finance and Management, on behalf of the Office of Construction Management, to enter into a construction contract with Black Bronco Construction LLC for the Department of Public Safety’s Fire Station 22 - Women’s Shower / Locker Room Renovation Expansion project; to authorize an expenditure up to $571,500.00 within the Safety General Obligations Bond Fund; and to provide for payment of prevailing wage services to the Department of Public Service in an amount up to $1,500.00.
