To amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize the transfer in appropriation between projects within the Development Taxable Bonds Fund; to authorize the Director of the Department of Development to enter into the Grant Agreement with the Columbus Printed Arts Center for the purpose of funding planning, design, and construction related costs including those incurred prior to the purchase order, to redevelop their new facility located at 705 Ann Street; to authorize the expenditure in an amount up to $197,000.00 within the Development Taxable Bonds Fund; and to declare an emergency.
