To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to modify the contract with Complete General Construction Company for the 2021 General Construction Contract project; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to transfer cash and appropriation between projects within the Sanitary Bond Fund and the Storm Bond Fund; and to authorize an expenditure of up to $2,000,000.00 to pay for the contract modification.
