To authorize the Director of Finance and Management to enter into contract with SGI Matrix, LLC for security system parts, installation, maintenance, monitoring, repair and support services for security access equipment at various city facilities, in accordance with sole source procurement provisions of the Columbus City Codes; and to authorize the expenditure of $160,000.00 from the General Fund for the Division of Facilities.
