To authorize the Director of Public Utilities to enter into a contract for Construction Administration and Inspection Services with Prime AE Group, Inc. for the Youngs Drive Area Water Line Improvements project and for the General Water Construction Projects; to authorize the Director of Public Utilities to apply for and accept a loan from the Ohio Water Development Authority Direct Loan Program for the Youngs Drive Area Water Line Improvements project; to appropriate funds within the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund; to amend the 2025 Capital Improvement Budget; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriation between projects within the Water Bond Fund; to authorize the expenditure of up to $918,048.94 from the Water - Fresh Water Market Rate Fund and an expenditure of up to $75,000.00 from the Water Bond Fund for the contract; and to make this ordinance contingent upon the Ohio Water Development Authority approving a loan for the project.
