To authorize the Director of the Recreation and Parks Department to modify existing contracts with Rogers Krajnak Architects, Inc. and Sessley Building Services LLC for the Beatty Community Center Renovations Project; to authorize the appropriation of $2,581,112.20 within the Recreation and Parks Permanent Improvement Fund; to authorize the transfer of $2,800,000.00 within the Recreation and Parks Permanent Improvement Fund and Voted Bond Fund; to authorize the amendment of the 2025 Capital Improvements Budget; to authorize the expenditure of $3,900,000.00 from the Recreation and Parks Permanent Improvement Fund and Voted Bond Fund; and to declare an emergency.
