To authorize and direct the City Auditor to authorize payment to the Franklin County Convention Facilities Authority DBA Greater Columbus Convention Center per invoice approved by the Department of Neighborhoods Director (or designee) in an amount not to exceed $27,884.81 from the general fund; and to declare an emergency.
