To supplement the Columbus Zoning Code, Title 33, by amending or adding various code sections for land uses and definitions associated with the Ohio Division of Cannabis Control, the General Offenses Code, Title 23, and the Fire Prevention Code, Title 25, to repeal the corresponding existing city code provisions, and to repeal Sections 3389.09 and 3389.115, which require a Special Permit from the Board of Zoning Adjustment for certain uses.
