To authorize the Director of the Department of Public Utilities to enter into a construction contract with Inliner Solutions, LLC, for the Mainline Lining - James Livingston 5 Blueprint Area project; to authorize an amendment to the 2024 Capital Improvement Budget; to appropriate funds within the Sanitary Revolving Loan Fund; to authorize a transfer of cash and appropriations in the Sanitary Bond Fund; and to authorize the expenditure of $16,433,350.65 from the Sanitary Revolving Loan Fund and the Sanitary Bond Fund to pay for the project.
