ORDINANCE NO. 206-2025(PD): First Reading. </em></u> </strong>An Ordinance authorizing the Mayor to execute a grant agreement with Friends of Mendelsohn in the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($750,000.00) and a waiver of City permitting fees up to Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00), in order to fund trails, walkways, sidewalks, site lighting and landscaping improvements to the real property located at 3300 Mayfield Road, Permanent Parcel Nos. 68434015, 68434014 and 68435025, and more commonly known as the Park Synagogue Campus; and declaring the necessity that this legislation become immediately effective as an emergency measure.Introduced by Mayor Cuda
