Long, City Manager, on 10/14/2026, AUTHORIZING the transfer and return to source of $268,282 from various capital improvement program project accounts to close out or decrease certain existing capital improvement program project accounts, according to Section A of the attached Schedule of Transfer; and AUTHORIZING the transfer and appropriation of $268,282 from the unappropriated surplus of various funds to capital improvement program project accounts to provide resources for those capital improvement program project accounts, according to Section B of the attached Schedule of Transfer.
