MOTION, submitted by Councilmember Jeffreys, Vice Mayor Kearney and Councilmembers Johnson, James and Nolan, WE MOVE that the administration write an ordinance that codifies the following uses for a Cannabis Revenues Restricted Fund previously approved by City Council with the following percentage allocation: Home Repair Fund 25%, New Home Ownership Fund 20%, Ending Childhood Lead Paint Poisoning 25%, Child Savings Accounts 15%, and Youth to Work 15%.
