ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that Hamilton Avenue at Belmont Avenue in the College Hill neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Betty Jean Daniels Rosemond Way” in honor of Betty Jean Daniels Rosemond and in recognition of her lifetime of service to social justice, civil rights, culture, and community building in Cincinnati.
