Long, City Manager, on 9/10/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for a grant of up to $1,825,000 from the Federal Transit Administration Transit-Oriented Development Planning Pilot Program (ALN 20.541) to provide resources to study the planned Reading Road Bus Rapid Transit Corridor from Downtown to Roselawn and to provide recommendations for transit-oriented development, including evaluating multimodal connections, analyzing station areas, conducting market feasibility studies, and engaging in extensive community and stakeholder engagement.
