ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY) submitted by Sheryl M. M. Long, City Manager, on 9/8/2026, AUTHORIZING the transfer of $1,644,420 within General Fund 050, from and to various operating budget accounts in accordance with the attached Schedule of Transfer, to make resources available for use by the Office of Strategic Growth and the City Manager’s Office; and AUTHORIZING the allocation of $1,305,000 in existing leveraged support resources in accordance with the amounts and recipients set forth in the Attachment.
