Long, City Manager, on 9/8/2026, AUTHORIZING the City Manager to apply for, accept, and appropriate a grant of up to $225,406 from the Ohio Department of Health, Bureau of Health Preparedness (ALN 93.069) to plan and implement emergency preparedness activities in response to public health threats such as bioterrorism, infectious disease outbreaks, and health-related emergencies at the county and regional public health level; and AUTHORIZING the Director of Finance to deposit the grant funds into Public Health Research Fund revenue account no. 350x8556.
