Elder Street in the Over-the-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati, in connection with the remodeling of existing buildings into, in aggregate, approximately 5,659 square feet of commercial space, and approximately 21,584 square feet of residential space consisting of 29 residential rental dwelling units, at a total construction cost of approximately $10,234,062.
