ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Vice Mayor Kearney, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, DECLARING that East Mitchell Avenue at Clinton Springs Avenue in the North Avondale neighborhood shall hereby receive the honorary, secondary name of “Bettye T. Oldham Way” in honor of Bettye T. Oldham in recognition of her lifetime of service to education, civic engagement, the arts, culture, travel, and community building in Cincinnati.
