ORDINANCE (EMERGENCY), submitted by Councilmember Owens, from Emily Smart Woerner, City Solicitor, ORDAINING new Chapter 1051, “Building Energy Benchmarking,” of the Cincinnati Municipal Code to require annual energy benchmarking and reporting for certain large publicly and privately owned buildings and to provide for the administration and enforcement of a building energy benchmarking program.
