MOTION, submitted by Councilmember Johnson and Vice Mayor Kearney, WE MOVE that City Council allocate to the Center for Addiction Treatment (CAT) the amount of $150,000 for the FY’27 Budget fund that was set aside to supplement leveraged support funding. CAT offers help and hope for a different life by providing accessible care and tools for lifelong sobriety and recovery to patients struggling with addiction to alcohol, drugs or gambling.
